After feasibility analysis, Blue Zees facilitates sale of portion of air rights to neighbor wishing protect the view and develop a design with BKSK Architects that makes use of the existing footprint in order to maximize buildable square footage and create essentially a "corner" structure mid block. The result is an exceptionally high-end, fully-sold building with four floor-through apartments and an owner-occupied triplex penthouse. Blue Zees also oversees the deign/building of the retail first floor for a specific user and serves as the ongoing property manager of the building.
Williamsburg Cinema, 217 Grand Street, Brooklyn, NY
Our team constructed a new 7 screen stadium seat theater in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn. The cinema includes conventional concession, lobby and restrooms. It is three levels and 22,000 square feet. The total number of seats will be approximately 1000.
