Ground up development of a new 7 screen stadium seat theater in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn. The cinema includes conventional concession, lobby and restrooms. It is three levels and 22,000 square feet. The total number of seats is approximately 1000. Blue Zees remains an active equity partner in the real estate and business.

Blue Zees purchased a 14 unit apartment building with ample on-site parking located in the Historic Columbia Waterfront district of Brooklyn. After renovating and modernizing the building, plus adding square footage to both PH units, the project was converted to residential condominium units and has been 100% sold out.

Ground up, mixed use, TriBeCa development. This project included the acquisition of two one-story buildings and their subsequent demolition, to create a new eight-story, 24,000 square foot, six unit luxury residential and commercial condominium loft building. The project is now 100% sold out with Blue Zees retaining ownership of the GF commercial unit.

Development Consultant and Owner’s Representative for the Hudson Properties, LLC, which developed a new six-story, 16,000 square foot landmark loft building to make a six unit luxury residential and commercial condominium.
2002-04, Olympus Industrial America-Key Med, Orangeburg, NY
Owner’s Representative and Construction Auditor to the Olympus Key Med Division (Medical and Industrial Equipment) for the acquisition of a 7.1 acre site that was developed into a three-story, 80,000 square foot state-of-the-art medical and industrial office with teaching theatre and laboratory.
2002, Irma Lake Center, Cody, WY
Development Manager and Owner’s Representative for RWH, LLC, which converted an historic turn-of-the-century hunting post frequented by “Buffalo Bill” Cody and a manor house with numerous out-buildings and high altitude lakes into a study center for woven art and other collections.

1996-99, Subdivision Projects , New York and Connecticut
Development Manager for Park Square Associates, Inc. responsible for leading several land subdivision projects in New York and Connecticut. The largest of these, Sterling Woods in Danbury, Ct., required the creation of a master plan for 354 single family residences on a 138 acre parcel of land with an adjoining five acre commercial lot.
